The problem retained for the ROADEF'99 competition has been provided by Bouygues, and is based on the European Esprit project Chic-2.

It is an Inventory Management Problem.

The detailed definition of the problem can be found below, several file formats have been provided:

Eight instances of the problem (with 2 variants each,  giving a total of 16 instances) are provided as benchmarks ( *.tes files ). Each instance is given with the structure of a "good" solution and its associated cost ( *.rsl files ).

Important remark: It is compulsory to respect the formats of the data and result files
