The main purpose of those days is to gather the industrial and academic operations research communities of Paris and the Ile de France region. The topics of the days covers the theoritical aspects and the applications of the field. Given the diversity of the subjects andthe high number of teams working in the area of Operations research, those days constitute a perfect way to reunite many researchers, to share recent results and progresses in optimization, and to encourage the discussions, debates and collaborations between the participants.

We target two distinct objectives: a pedagogical objective and a research objective. Each day contains, on the one hand, a teaching or tutorial session where the speaker describes the prerequisites, fondamental resuts and state of the art about the topic of the day ; and, on the other hand, a set of presentations about recent results and applications related to the topic.

This event takes place under the aegis of the ROADEF.
