Sponsored by ONERA and CNES, the problem retained for the ROADEF'2003 challenge is the Management of the Missions of the Earth Observation Satellites.

The detailed definition of the problem can be found below :

• Files of the informal (informal.pdf) and formal  (formal_250902.pdf) descriptions of the problem
• Files of data instances and a feasible solution checker in JAVA (Challenge_110702.zip or Challenge_110702.tar.gz) and a ReadMe_110702.txt file.
• Files of TestSet B data instances (TestSetB.tar.gz or TestSetB.zip), the solutions of reference (TestSetB_sol.tar.gz or TestSetB_sol.zip) and their values (TestSetB_val.tar.gz or TestSetB_val.zip) are available.
• Files of TestSet X data instances (TestSetX.tar.gz or TestSetX.zip), the solutions of reference (TestSetX_sol.tar.gz or TestSetX_sol.zip) and their values (TestSetX_val.tar.gz or TestSetX_val.zip) are available.
