Mathematics / Computer Science Departments
within the "Action de Recherche Concertée" (ARC):
"Hard Combinatorial Problems: Geometry and Algorithms".
The position is for a period of 12 months (or less) and can start on
October 1, 2007 or earlier; applications will be accepted until the
position is filled.
The candidates are expected to have expertise in at least one of the
following research areas:
- combinatorial algorithms
- computational geometry
- combinatorial optimization
- polyhedral combinatorics
Research will be conducted in collaboration with the following research groups:
