A PhD position is offered at Paris Dauphine University - PSL, at LAMSADE UMR CNRS 7243 laboratory (https://www.lamsade.dauphine.fr/en.html), on networks design using decomposition-based approaches for a resilient response to uncertainty. We welcome applicants with an MSc degree in Operations Research, Algorithms and Computer Science in general. Good programming skills are required (well documented code, systematic testing, C/C++ Julia or Java proficiency, use of solvers like CPLEX or Gurobi through API). Another important requirement is the ability to produce quality writing in English.

The position is funded by the French government, and the gross salary for the position is around 2100 Euro per month, starting on October 1st, 2024 for three years. The PhD candidate will also be given the opportunity to teach (possibly in English) up to 64 hours per year at Paris Dauphine University - PSL. Knowledge of French language is not mandatory.
