Job description:
Business consultancy
Business process analyses. Transform customer needs into specific requirements. Look for a good fit with ORTEC APS solutions.
Project management. Deliver to the customer within agreed timing/scope/budget.
Design and development of customer solutions. Delegate to a development team, and take care of good testing, quality assurance and user experience. Manage the process well both internal ORTEC and at the customer.
Expert in the ORTEC APS solutions in order to give best advice to the customer. Very good functional knowledge, but also technical knowledge.
Training and coaching of all kind of users of our business software.
Change management. Users have to consider our systems as tangible solutions.
Documentation, and oral/written presentation of the business results
We look for the following profile:
Entrepreneur. Show leadership. Problem solver. Result oriented.
Fully dedicated to the rapid growth of ORTEC France.
Mathematical mind. Strong with numbers. Scientific approach ("ORTEC mind")
Analytical. Understand customer needs. Creative in presenting business solutions.
Affinity with business software and technology optimization. SAP experience is a
plus.
ICT knowledge (databases, interfaces, installation, monitoring, reporting)
Hands on mentality. Get energy from working in a small flexible ambitious team
with the mentality of a business start-up, but embedded in a solid ORTEC group.
Professional. Good communication skills. Bright and tactful.
Enjoy working in an international context and ready for international travel.
Lives and works in France, preferably close to Paris.
A native speaker of French, excellent knowledge of English (oral and written) is
required. Dutch (or other languages) is a big plus.
Engineering diploma or master equivalent in computer science, operations research, mathematics...
Several years of relevant working experience is a plus, but more important is
having the competences and ambition to develop ORTEC France.
