Logiciel simple de la RO - Methode de Simplexe

Hi everyone,

I am happy to present a new Open Source project called "Open Simplex Project" which intents to make optimization methods, especially Simplex Method, in hands of everyone in an intuitive, easy-to-use GUI Application.

This project is Open Source, which mean it needs contributions by anyone anyhow from basic code programming to advanced new techniques in the Operational Researches domain.
