Title : Combinatorial and learning algorithms for the lexicographic covering tour problem

Applications are invited for a PhD study at  the University of Lorraine at Metz (France). The subject is about the design of algorithms based on mathematical programming and meta-heuristics as well as learning to optimize aspects for a variant of a vehicle routing problem dealing with equity.

The thesis is expected to start as soon as possible. The duration is 3 years.
