Using software engineering skills, you will be ensuring success of strategic projects by supporting senior developers. As part of the Product Division, you will be working closely with sales, marketing, professional services, and experts in R&D to address customer issues. Along with direct customer contact, your time will be spent on researching customer problems and writing code. We will teach you ILOG products and offer opportunities to learn complementary technologies such as 2D graphics, database, networking, mathematical optimization, rules and constraint based programming.
BS in Operations Research or Computer Science, no direct industry experience required. Ability to program in C++ and Java is essential. Previous experience with CPLEX, OPL, or Solver is ideal, but not required. Requires good problem solving skills. Must be highly self-directed, motivated and positive individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and answer complex technical questions from customers.
Position based in Paris, France. English and French speaking is required. Spanish or German is highly appreciated.
