Postdoc at NAVER LABS Europe on Routing in Road Networks

NAVER LABS Europe's mission is to advance the state-of-the-art in Ambient Intelligence, while paving the way for these innovations into a number of NAVER flagship products and services. This includes research in models and algorithms to give humans faster and better access to data and to allow them to interact with technology in simpler and more natural ways.

We are currently proposing a 18 months post-doc position in operational research to design and implement new algorithms for routing and rerouting in time-dependent and dynamic networks. Joining the Machine Learning and Optimization group, the successful candidate is expected to integrate his work in one or several NAVER products or services, as well as publish his work in international journals or conferences.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Operational Research.
  • Strong development skills in C++.
  • Good publication track record.
  • Highly motivated, good team player skills.

?Competencies and knowledge to acquire or improve:

  • Code optimization
  • Working knowledge of linux and docker
