Description
The Amadeus airlines division designs and develops highly reliable, first class and innovative IT solutions for airlines
When processing tickets, the workflow is interrupted and set to manual when there is an error. The error is recovered by users and put back into the workflow. It may be interrupted again, following the same recovery process.
The idea would be to cluster the tickets with errors by identifying the patterns. Later it could then fix the errors automatically. This module could be sold as an add-on to Revenue Accounting.
Business value:
Airlines: It should help the airline to reduce the resources allocated to manual correction tasks or at least help to group the errors which would allow for mass corrections.
Amadeus: It would add a unique selling point to the Revenue Accounting product as our system would be cheaper to run for the airline staff or 3rd party.
Requirements:
- Engineer degree or Master degree in computer science
- Be knowledgeable regarding the unsupervised and supervised classification domains
- First experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning
- First experience in a research environment
- Good programming skills in Scala & Python
- Fluent in English
