Location: Pharmaceutical Company, Belguim

Duration of the mission: 6 months

The position :

The goal of this position is to support the business manager for corporate analytical activities related to NBE (New Biological Entities) and/or NCE ( New Chemical entities)for commercial purpose.

Therefore, we are searching for 3 positions. The traineeship is structured in different parts :

- Put in place analytical corporate processes (transfers, stability, methods, specifications, ...) being the reference as a Governance Body for all sites
- Establish, steward and drive the implementation of KPI's by developing consolidated IT dashboards
- Capitalize the knowledge generated through the mission by developing a handover process to ensure business continuity

Major responsibilities include:

- Work closely with direct line management & stakeholders (corporate/local QA, QC labs, manufacturing sites & affiliates, ...)
- Lead/assist meetings as well as conference calls
- Build projects plan & communicate the progress
- Build IT dashboards to support/optimize the decision making process
- Process mapping by using quality improvement tools (ex : lean six sigma)

The profile :

- Master degree in international business/IT management or Bio/Chemical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (mainly vba) and MS office tools (excel macro, ms project, Acces, word)
- Good knowledge of project and portfolio management
- Database mindset
- Knowledge of GMP environment within a pharmaceutical company is an asset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in order to handle needs of suppliers and customers professionally
- Ability at communications and making good presentations in both written and verbal form is a plus
- English is a must / French is a nice to have
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- The student should be self-motivated, self-driven and able to work independently/within a team.
